The good ole ripe age of 52, about the same time that people start counting down how many more years until they can retire. But Jean Titus is not about to stop crushing it in his life. He is only just beginning. This fitness aficionado is leading the pack as a fitness consultant and motivational speaker. Nicknamed of “Ripped Grandpa” Titus is living proof that age is just a number.
