Usher Terry Raymond IV is a singer, songwriter, dancer, and actor. He rose to fame in the late 1990s with the release of his second album My Way, which spawned his first U.S. Billboard Hot 100 number-one hit.




You Make Me Wanna… was released by LaFace Records and Arista Records as the lead single from Usher’s second studio album, My Way on August 5, 1997. You Make Me Wanna… was written by Usher along with Jermaine Dupri and Manuel Seal.

My Way is a 1998 single from Usher’s 1997 album as the title track. It features an uncredited rap and background vocals from Jermaine Dupri. Despite moderate airplay, the single sold well and reached #2 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100.
