Red Velvet Pancakes makes a perfect Valentine’s Day breakfast treat. Here is a simple recipe that does from griddle to table in about 10 minutes.

Ingredients
2 Cups original Bisquick (or your favorite pancake mix)
1 Tbls granulated sugar
1 Tbls cocoa powder
1 Cup milk
2 eggs
red food coloring
4 oz cream cheese, softened
7 oz marshmallow fluff

Instructions
First, make the cream cheese fluff by using a hand mixer on low speed and mixing together the cream cheese and marshmallow fluff. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, whisk together first five ingredients. Add in food coloring to your desired red.

Heat a skillet over medium heat. If it is not a nonstick skillet, spray with cooking spray.

You can either use a heart shaped cookie cutter or just scoop out regular shaped pancakes. Pour slightly less than ¼ Cup of batter onto skillet.

When bubbles start forming on top of pancake and the edges are dry, flip over about 2-3 minutes. Continue cooking until the other side is a slight golden brown about another 2 minutes.

Place on plate until all pancakes are done. Serve with cream cheese fluff, enjoy!
