Konami has officially confirmed the launch of Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, as announced during the recent State of Play livestream.Following the  teaser Sony released last year, this reboot of Metal Gear Solid 3: Sneaker Eater aims to stay faithful to Hideo Kojima’s 2004 masterpiece while enhancing it with modern technology.

The remake will include a modern control scheme alongside a classic mode for those who prefer the original gameplay style. Additionally, survival elements such as hunting, camouflage and injury treatment have been enhanced to provide a more immersive experience.Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater is set to release on August 28 with pre-orders expected to go live soon.
