2/23/19 O&A NYC SUNDAY BRUNCH: Apple Cinnamon Crepes

Apple Cinnamon Crepes are a delicous and easy Sunday brunch.

These crepes are like eating apple pie for breakfast!

Ingredients
3-5 crepes (our fave is Jacquet)
2 apples (our faves are Apples from New York like Honeycrisp or Ginger Gold for this recipe)
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Powdered sugar (optional to sprinkle on top)

Directions
1. Peel apples then chop them into small, bite-sized cubes. In a medium bowl, add apples, brown sugar and cinnamon, and toss; evenly coat apples in sugar and cinnamon. Let the mixture sit about 20 minutes.

2. Right before serving, warm the crepes in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds; heat chopped apples in a pan on medium heat. Add the apples to the center of the crepe and roll as desired. Top with powdered sugar to finish; enjoy!
