Ingredients
- linguine 150g
- garlic 1 clove, finely sliced
- red chilli 1, finely sliced
- shallot 1, finely sliced
- olive oil
- dressed crab 1, or half and half brown and white crab meat about 100g
- lemon 1, zested and juiced
- tarragon a handful, chopped
Method
STEP 1: Cook the linguine and drain. Meanwhile, fry the garlic, chilli and shallots in 3 tbsp olive oil until soft without adding colour. Add the brown crab meat and cook for a minute. Add the drained linguine and 2-3 tbsp of the cooking water and toss.
STEP 2: Take off the heat and add the lemon zest, juice, white crab and tarragon, and season. Toss again and serve.
