The Lockdown shouldn’t prevent you from maintaining or improving your workout. Here is an at home workout routine you can use to hit your full body in only 10 minutes!

Building muscle requires resistance! Whether you’re using your body weight or heavy iron against gravity, or just some rubber bands! Resistance is really all you need!(and of course diet and some other things, but you get the point!)
