Tom Sachs has launched his fourth solo exhibit at the Sperone Westwater Gallery in New York City. Titled Objects of Devotion, the immersive showcase will highlight an extensive array of Tom Sachs’s handmade projects under that were created from everyday found materials such as plywood, Tyvek, and other common items.
Notable artworks in the upcoming exhibit include The Cabinet (2014) wall-mounted sculpture that was constructed out of Con Edison barriers, rock samples from Sachs’ Space Program 2.0: MARS (2012) installation, and the infamous McMaster/Toilette Paper Holder (1996) sculpture.
