Happy Birthday Nike Air Max! The now iconic sneaker originally released on March 26, 1987- that makes the Air Max 29 years old. Nike will celebrate the retail milestone on Saturday, March 26 with Air Max Day by releasing a new documentary aptly titled Masters of Air on the last day of Air Max Con. The online documentary takes a look at nine sneakerheads with a passion for the Air Max models.

Air Max Con is a three-day event highlighting the history of the Nike Air Max shoe. On Saturday the results of an on-line ballot for the will announce the shoe the public chosen to re-issue. While it’s still unclear whether the low-top Yeezy Boost from Season 3 will be an updated 350 or the new rumor 550 version, Kanye was photographed at LAX airport wearing a pair of the sneakers that have been making the rounds lately. The kicks appear slightly higher than the 350s around the ankles and don’t include the heel tab, making us wonder if this is an entirely new silhouette altogether. The brown and tan shoes also feature a bright orange stripe running along the upper, giving it a distinct look from its more neutral predecessors.

Yeezy Boost 750 ALERT! The release date for the next installment of the Yeezy Boost series has finally surfaced.
The brown suede upper and signature gum BOOST sole is a colorway real sneakerheads will be lining up for. The Yeezy will hit the stores on March 18 at a retail price of $350.

Remember 1989? Hip Hop was fresh, they were still white washing graffiti of Police Station walls, the subway used tokens and the Nike Air Pressure was “the joint”! Well its finally back the Nike Air Pressure returns for the first time ever and since most original pairs are beyond the point of being wearable by now it makes the re-issue all the more anticipated.

The Nike SNKRS app promises the return of the shoe and according to these images it will come back complete with the original bulky box and pump apparatus. The Nike Air Pressure will release today, January 14 and retail for $300.

New York Giants Wide Receiver Victor Cruz is out but far from down. O&A NYC Co-Founder Adewale Adekanbi (aka WaleStylez) caught up with the “on the mend” Cruz at FootAction on 34th Street. Cruz was there to promote the upcoming release of his debut sneaker the Nike Air Cruz.
No surprise but another colorway of the upcoming Nike Air Cruz has surfaced and we assume it is a second nod to the New York Giants. Big Blue gets the tonal treatment; this pair in all-blue suede and woven leather, the latter different from the raised “pyramids” seen on the previously leaked colorways. This version also lacks visible Swoosh branding on its lateral side. Although there is no official release date for Victor Cruz’s first signature model yet, we anticipate the shoe will release in early February. The debut sneaker will be priced at $150.

Ronnie Fieg’s extensive body of work is undoubtedly highlighted by his collaborations with Asics and the GEL-Lyte III silhouette. Although the shoes have been around for twenty-five years, the retro renaissance put these split-tongued classics into the limelight with much of the load carried by the NewYork native.
Ronnie Fieg has distinguished himself from the pack of shoe designers with his ever-evolving color-blocking. In an extremely exclusive exhibit (a guest list of just 50 people) entitled What The at Miami’s Joshua Liner Gallery Fieg displayed unreleased shoes alongside thirteen of his past GEL-Lyte III designs and a curated selection of hand-picked artwork. Fieg also plans to launch an accompanying book titled Homage.
