Apple TV+ has finally dropped the official trailer for Steven Spielberg’s new World War II pilot drama starring Austin Butler and Barry Keogen. The aviation drama reunites Spielberg with Tom Hanks and Gary Goetzman. Written by John Orloff, the limited series also sees big-name episode directors like Cary Joji Fukunaga, Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck, Dee Rees and Tim Van Patten.
Based on a true story and the novel of the same name by Donald L. Miller, the plot follows the 100th Bomb Group, also known as the Bloody Hundredth.In history, the “Bloody Hundredth” were known as airmen who conducted bomb raids over Nazi Germany in WWII in risky conditions. Other actors starring in the series include Callum Turner, Anthony Boyle, Nate Mann, Rafferty Law, Josiah Cross, Branden Cook and Ncuti Gatwa.Masters Of The Air premieres on Apple TV+ on January 26, 2023.
