Concepts has a big weekend ahead with three upcoming Nike SB collaborations dropping this Saturday, July 25th. The trio is known as the Grail Collection and inspired by classic catheral stain glass window motifs. This theme runs throughout each sneaker in the collection.
The Nike SB Stefan Janoski Max “Mosaic” utilizes a unique wear-away construction in which the vibrant primary colors of the upper will eventually fade away to reveal an underlying pristine white.
The Nike SB Dunk Low “Grail” champions iridescent qualities while a gold skull lace dubrae is a nice harkening back to the guardians of the Holy Grail.
The Nike SB High “Stained Glass” has one of the craziest all over prints a Dunk model has seen in a while, as a transparent overlay on the ankle support adds to the cathedral inspiration.
Concepts will also roll out extremely limited custom wooden boxes for each shoe in both their Cambridge and New York locations. This perk has sneaker heads already lining up for the limited release. This is only the beginning just wait until dawn Saturday morning!

Kevin Durant’s childhood dream of being a meteorologist has been a factor in the numerous colorways throughout his association with Nike. Now the What The KD 7 is back to reference a total of 18 different releases throughout 2014 and 2015 in one sneaker. It starts with the generous use of 3M material on this special edition Nike KD 7. Further references to his childhood are the midfoot straps that pay homage to his Aunt Pearl. The sneaker will release on Saturday June 20, 2015.

How could Nicholas Morgenstern ever top avocado-toast ice cream? In collaboration with First We Feast, he’s hosted a very special Kanye West Ice Cream Week. Morgenstern’s Finest Ice Cream will sell special sundaes all inspired by what West’s fantasy ice-cream parlor might look like.
The offerings included Kim Kardashian Thirst Trap Sundae (sesame-caramel ice cream with Champagne-caramel sauce and whipped cream), All Day Vanilla Ice-Cream Cake (vanilla cake, vanilla ice cream), and, best of all, I Am a God Ice Cream Croissantwich: vanilla ice cream stuffed inside a custom-made Arcade Bakery croissant.

Air Jordan‘s 23rd anniversary is reintroducing one of the most famous colorways in the Jordan Brand archives with the Air Jordan Hare. The release date is May 16th, 2015. Prior to the Space Jam film, Air Jordan Hare was Jordan’s seventh signature shoe. It was the first collaboration with the Warner Brother Studio’s infamous Bugs Bunny, who helped sell the shoe across numerous ad platforms. A subtle white and grey base allow for the vibrant splashes of color on the neoprene mesh tongue to stand out. Rumor has it that the array of green and orange was created to honor Bugs’ carrot addiction while a more traditional Chicago ‘True Red’ stands out on the outsole and Jumpman branding. The White/True Red-Light Silver-Tourmaline Air Jordan 7 Retro Hare is priced at $190.

French high-end fashion and music label Maison Kitsuné has opened its second New York City storefront, located on Rivington Street between Bowery and Chrystie Streets.
Co-founder Masaya Kuroki’s design plans for his new 700-square-foot shop were to offer a contrast to the brand’s first New York boutique at the NoMad Hotel, and the masculinity of the neighborhood itself, by articulating the space with bright tin ceilings, varnished oak floors and off-white walls. The entire men’s and women’s line will be on display, along with limited edition T-shirts and sweatshirts.
