The Louis Vuitton Spring Summer 2016 Mens Fashion Show during Paris Fashion Week presented a youthful relaxed luxe look. Featuring jackets cut from indigo-dyed Kobe leather (the cows are massaged with sake; the hides are sun-dried). The pearls that appeared as accessories were also indigo-dyed, actually in the shell. Slave to the Rhythm is well-remembered not only for its musical content, but also for its artwork. Designed by Jean-Paul Goude, Jones’ partner at that time, the cover picture is a montage of several copies of a single photograph of Jones, that makes her hair look “extended” and her mouth “stretched”.
